Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For prints, send a photo of the damage, and a replacement will be sent.
Original art is insured when it is shipped. I will assist the customer, as necessary, in filing a claim for the damage. The money will be paid out to the customer. If the customer would like to commission a replacement painting, the insurance payout must be applied to it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-printed fine art prints, original art, commissioned paintings, or gift cards.
